Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that many of our items are made to order or handcrafted, which allows us to maintain quality and intention in every piece.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Hey Gorgeous N Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at HEYGORGEOUSNCO.GMAIL.COM with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
